It all started timidly in 1984 with the first pair of shoes. Since then, the passion has grown, and craftsmanship has taken on another dimension. Ten years later, the family business thrived, orders kept coming in, and the name "Marelbo" was heard for the first time in Vicovu de Sus.
Marelbo has continuously developed, perfected its technique, and trained hundreds of people.
The year 2000 marked the opening of the first physical store for Marelbo, with its own products, employees, and concept. Since the opening of the first store, Marelbo has built a network of 60 own stores. Today, Marelbo products are present in almost all parts of Romania. The Romanian concept of Marelbo is based on a simple structure: products made in Romania, physical stores throughout the country, and an internationally accessible website.
